Returns Policy

It is the policy of to ensure that all products supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. If there is a problem or if you wish to return the item please contact us by phone or email detailing your order number and the nature of the problem or the reason for return.

If the product has been delivered in a damaged condition or was defective when dispatched, it may be returned, within a reasonable time, for a refund or replacement. On receipt, the returned item will be checked and a refund processed, a replacement dispatched, or other appropriate action taken, as agreed.

If you wish to return an item for other reasons you must inform us within 7 days of delivery. The item must then be returned to us in good re-sellable condition within 28 days. On receipt the item will be checked before a refund is processed. The customer is responsible for return postage.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation Policy

If you place an order but subsequently wish to cancel it, you should contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. If your communication is received before the order is dispatched the order will be cancelled straight away and a full refund of payment will be processed. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be informed of this fact and it will be necessary for you to make a return request as per our returns policy.
